A fee of $5 per class will be assessed to any Member who is not present at the schedule start time. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged automatically.

Members may cancel a reserved class up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time with no penalty.
Cancellations made within two (2) hours of the scheduled class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.

Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling in advance will result in a $29 no-show fee.All fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

A fee of $5 per class will be charged to any Member who rents gloves from Strength Society. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged automatically.

Strength Society reserves the right to terminate any membership, without refund, due to violations of this Agreement, non-compliance with studio policies, abuse of facilities, or conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate at the sole discretion of Strength Society.

These packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and do not auto-renew. There are no cancellations, refunds, or transfers for unused sessions. Packages expire as outlined at the time of purchase.

Member grants Strength Society and its representatives the right to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture Member’s likeness and activities while on Strength Society premises. Member consents to the use and distribution of such media for promotional, advertising, educational, and commercial purposes, in perpetuity, without compensation. All such media will remain the property of Strength Society.Member waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.

Members may request to freeze their membership for up to three (3) billing cycles per calendar year. All freeze requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Strength Society prior to the freeze taking effect.Medical Freezes: Requests for medical freezes must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be granted at no charge upon review and approval. Non-Medical Freezes: All other freeze requests will incur a $29/billing cycle freeze fee for the duration of the freeze period.Members are not permitted to attend classes or access the facility while their membership is frozen.
