BODY
Total Body at Strength Society is the kind of work that makes you better everywhere—not just tired. Expect mild-to-medium intensity with a deliberate focus on clean form, strong mechanics, and moving your body the way it was built to move. We’ll train the upper and lower body, layer in a smart cardio push, and finish with a core sequence that keeps you strong and athletic.
It’s efficient. It’s coached. It’s the session you leave feeling accomplished—and coming back for more. No days off—just better reps.
Athletic Conditioning at Strength Society is where strength meets stamina. Expect moderate-to-high intervals designed to build endurance, power, speed, and resilience. We’ll combine functional strength movements, athletic drills, conditioning pieces, and core work to challenge your body in the best way possible.
This isn’t random cardio. Every workout has a purpose—improving how you move, perform, and recover. You’ll leave sweaty, energized, and more capable than when you walked in.
It’s challenging. It’s coached. It’s athletic training for real life. Show up, put in the work, and watch what your body can do.
