Small Group Training for Cumming
Strength Society runs small group strength training at 970 North Point Dr in Alpharetta, about 14 minutes south of The Collection at Forsyth on GA-400. Every class is coached by two coaches and stops at 12 people. Sessions last 60 minutes and cover Upper, Lower, Total Body and Athletic Conditioning, using barbell rigs, kettlebells and boxing gear. The studio was founded by former NFL center Jonotthan Harrison. Your first class is free.

What equipment is there?
Commercial-grade barbell rigs, kettlebells and boxing equipment. Unlimited members get boxing gloves.

Monday to Thursday 5 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday 5 AM to 2 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 1 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 12 PM. Check the booking schedule for class times.
