Our Visiting a Gym program is designed to work anywhere, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, “my hotel has a real gym” gym—while keeping the Strength Society standard: functional movement, full-body strength, athletic conditioning, and clean execution.
And since we aren’t there to hand you the perfect dumbbells or yell “don’t rush the reps,” we’ll cut you a little slack: yes, you can use a machine or two.
Just don’t fall in love. The mission stays the same—move well, get strong, keep the momentum—because your health doesn’t take vacations, and neither do we.
Each workout includes 4 supersets for a total of 8 exercises.Perform each superset for 3 rounds before moving to the next.
